Membership Options

Physicians participating in the Inpatient Advocate Service offer three levels of membership options: Premier, Silver, and Basic.  

Each option has different levels of service.  Please read below for more information.

Each doctor participating in the Inpatient Advocate Service charges different membership fees. Click here to view the fees.

 
  • Pay an annual membership fee plus an hourly fee when service is used.

  • Your primary care physician will personally visit you in the hospital.

  • Your primary care physician will:

    • Coordinate and facilitate  your care and advocate for you during your hospital stay.

    • Inform the hospital team of your relevant medical history and assist the team in every way possible.  

    • Review your chart including diagnosis, treatment, and medications. 

    • Inform and educate you and your family about what is occurring and why.

    • Contact physicians involved in your care including the Hospitalist , who will serve as your admitting doctor. 

    • Advocate for proper discharge planning, preventing unnecessary nursing home placement.


  • 24/7 access to your primary care physician's private telephone.

  • Available for as many hospitalizations that may occur during the year for one flat annual fee.

  • Your primary care physician will personally visit you in the hospital every day you are there.

  • Your primary care physician will:

    • Coordinate and facilitate your care and advocate for you during your hospital stay.

    • Inform the hospital team of your relevant medical history and assist the team in every way possible. 

    • Review your chart including diagnosis, treatment, and medications.

    • Inform and educate you and your family about what is occurring and why.

    • Contact physicians involved in your care including the Hospitalist , who will serve as your admitting doctor.

    • Advocate for proper discharge planning, preventing unnecessary nursing home placement.
